The Manitoba Water Polo Association Inc. is the non-profit governing body for the sport of water polo within the Province of Manitoba. The Manitoba Water Polo Association Inc. was incorporated in 1977 with the goals of increasing membership and promoting interest in the sport of water polo throughout the Province of Manitoba.

Water Polo Canada
Sport Manitoba
Water Polo Canada, officially the Canadian Water Polo Association Inc., is the governing body of the sport of water polo in Canada and is a member of the Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA).
Water Polo Canada controls all water polo in the country and is responsible for hosting national championships and fielding national teams.
KidSport
Sport Manitoba is the leading planning, programming, and funding agency for the development of amateur sport in Manitoba.
The primary focus of Sport Manitoba is on the development of athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers. We believe that sport is a healthy and positive tool to build strong and vibrant citizens and communities.

LEGACY FUND
This is a permanent endowment fund through the Winnipeg Foundation to the benefit of Manitoba Water Polo Association Inc. (“MWPA”) and its membership in perpetuity. The income generated by this fund will be used to support high performance athletes through individual scholarships or team grants as well as general education and Safesport initiatives.
