Assisted by imports from other schools, Kaleb, Gabriele and Gustav, the FRC boys team soundly defeated Kelvin in the gold medal match with a final score of 17-10.

The team has been coached by Chris Armstrong and former FRC students Noelle Wood and Isaac Shaw.

Water polo is a highly aggressive and physically demanding full-contact sport, combining elements of swimming, football (soccer), basketball, ice hockey, rugby and wrestling.  The boy's team encompassed many novice players who had worked hard all season to improve their skills and team play.
