MWPA is seeking a High-Performance Director

The MWPA is hiring a High-Performance Director who will serve as a strategic leader to develop and implement a High-Performance Program for the MWPA.

The High-Performance Director will also play a crucial role in establishing and delivering a clear player development pathway for athletes in Manitoba.  

The High-Performance Director will also assist with the organization of Provincial tournaments and camps as well as grassroots recruitment of athletes. 

This position requires a qualified and respected individual committed to coaching and delivering programming that will build Manitoba’s capacity to compete nationally against other provincial programs. 

What We Offer 

• Salaried position of $20,000 CAD per year for 20 hours per week
